Independence Court of Hyattsville team member earns national recognition at Priority Life Care’s 2026 Executive Director’s Symposium
Rosemarie Gordon, a team member at Independence Court of Hyattsville, has been recognized as the first runner-up for the Bob Novak Associate of the Year Award at Priority Life Care’s annual Executive Director’s Symposium, which was recently held in Hutchinson, Florida.
This recognition highlights Gordon’s performance and commitment to resident care throughout the past year, as well as her remarkable journey of dedication and growth. Affectionately known by residents and fellow team members as “Rosie,” Gordon has been a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant at Independence Court of Hyattsville for 24 years. Known for her compassion, reliability, and willingness to go above and beyond, Gordon is always learning, teaching, and caring for others. Whether arriving early, helping during emergencies, or supporting her peers and residents, Gordon consistently brings warmth, positivity, and exceptional care to those around her.
